Goodmans was the thrust of attention recently thanks to the launch of its first Freesat receivers, but it is forgotten that the company offers subscription-free TV for years - albeit in the digital terrestrial sphere. One of its latest products Freeview GHD2521F2, two-tuner equipped with a PVR-250GB hard drive that can store up to 120 hours of programmes, and crucially it Freeview Playback requirements, which means you get a nifty features such as a series of recordings.

Despite the unit budget background, its design, surprisingly attractive. Well, mirrored front panel so five years ago, but it still provides a kind of pizzazz, that you do not usually get from this type of product. Sloping fascia is another pleasant touch, and he keeps Goodmans relatively uncluttered only a few basic buttons decorate the front.
